It seems that pakstan(a sovereign state) High Commissioner in India is being asked as if he is a individual person or a school master or a personal neighbourhood BY indian media.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
