No philosophy means no subject(social). Subject(social) means crime and illness rate growth is there. Philosophy means as word about crime and illness rate growth reaching maximum is "being spoken" by all with other/s IN DYNAMIC WORLD,then starts "crime and illness rate growth reaching its minimum(zero)". Social says that anything goes up will not come down. Psyche says that anything that goes up will come down.
