Indian police are obstructing Indian growth by their rotten-mindset.

So Indian police and Indian media are proving themselves as rotten-mindset people. 
Rotten-mindset means lack of internal enquiry and external explanation in an organisation/shop/office/home for anybody accusation/allegation.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
