Same is the case with money(currency) that is being circulated by RBI(bank note issuing authority to public).

జ్ఞాన గ్రంధము అనేది దానికదే గొప్పది కాలేదు .
అలాగే గురువు అనే వాడు తనకు తానుగా గొప్పవాడిగా నిలువలేడు .
అయితే జ్ఞాన ఆర్జన చేస్తున్న /చేసిన ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ "అజ్ఞానిగా కనిపిస్తూ " తనను తాను జ్ఞానిగా నిలుపుకుంటూ ఇతరులను వారిలో వారిని జ్ఞానులుగా నిలుపుతాడు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
