ILLNESS HAS TWO SIDES OF SAME COIN. One side of coin called illness is psychological which must be dealt with equating self-morality with social morality. Another side of coin callled illness is voice nonlinearity which must be enforced through govt tax dept.and audit dept.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
