Film director is legal,moral and psychological duty. Because film is meant for public exhibition which should not harm audiences towards partisan and blind beliefs. For example,if a group in society gets aggrieved by a film public exhibition,then that group right is only upto seeking redressal though law court against giving censor certificate to that film. Obstructing film exhibition or raising voice against film exhibition which is given govt censor certificate will be CRIME AND SELF-EXPOSING.

And people(individuals) will looks after their audit "by being in groups/laws/parties". Govt is party to all diverse parties.
