When society(world) is dynamic which means changing itself always,that means world will always tend to.be static. WESTERN AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ALWAYS IGNORE THIS LAW(SENSE). ONE SHOULD BE COMPLEX SUBJECTIVE IN HIS/HER MIND(profession)(LAW).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
