Half-truthfulness among indian police is the rootcause for ambiguity in society. Those who have duty to influence public are not supposed to be half-truthful. Indian national congress takes care of that eventuality of public influentials being half-truthful. Because indian national congress should not fail in political power(truth) which is AGAINST culmination of ill-complexity between "appearing good,appearing bad and being bad". WE MUST BE GOOD. OR ELSE WE WILL BE MADE GOOD BY OTHER/S. AND OUR RULE MUST BE GOOD. Truth is simple.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
