Control systems engineering says about both frequency response and transient response. One is govt wave form which is abstract. Another is its ruling party wave form which is litigancy. Lateral thinkers who are invariably good character and good qualities people contribute society(knowledge) most. Pandit.Jawaharlal Nehru is perhaps the biggest lateral thinker in India till date. That is why all prestigious govt institutions in India will have "pandit" Jawaharlal Nehru. And big road in every big city is named after mahatma Gandhi.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
