Indian police are right in immature society because "immorality among poor" of "immorality among police" to "immorality among public" will be "social morality". As there is complexity in society,Indian police must be "complexity to complexity among social complexity". Those who give information will be prosecuted naturally. Otherwise public will go on giving complaints to police about missing.
