Slums in mega cities are natural because society(city)(world) has to be mind-disciplined which is making people to be what people say while making people to say what they are. Because society doesn't obey ambiguity.when matured.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
