Enquiry by public media is compulsory in democracy "to solve collusive-mindset and rotten-mindset" among Indian police and "to solve conspiring-mindset" among Indian public. Otherwise what is need for Indian media ? Media is not supposed to ask and write like "PERSONAL ASSISTANT" for Indian police and Indian public.
