Eccentricity is not inconsistency but appears as so. In this regard,I wish to quote "AP ex DGP V Dinesh reddy" words. 1.To set a thief,catch a thief. And 2. Suspicion is not conviction.But suspicion should not be ruled out as nothing. Right-wing extremist like AP ex.DGP v Dinesh reddy will enjoy quoting his words like any other "public instructor".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
