Is it criminal(immoral) in social-system to think that there can't be the end to the end ?

అంటే "ఎవరికి ఎవరో చివరికి ఎవరో " కు "ఎవరికి ఎవరో చివరికి ఎవరో " గా ఉంటే "ఎవరికి ఎవరో అంతిమముగా ఎవరో " నిలుస్తుంది .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
