Indian national congress is not,has never been and will never be "ambiguous" but appears(tells) as ambiguous. There is difference between being ambiguous and appearing(telling) ambiguous towards making people and society(govt) as true. Being ambiguous is personally-bad character. Appearing(telling) ambiguous is personally-good character.
