Engineering and medicine courses need be studied only by personally-right character people who are right with wrong to allow change by itself into right as well as wrong with right to allow change itself into double-right AT FIRST INSTANCE.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
