Election commission of India need appoint committee to look into circumstances that led to acceptance of money to vote by voters. WHY VOTERS who appear good while being bad ARE DISILLUSIONED WITH VOTING SYSTEM FOR GOVT. FORMATION ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
