Personal provocation need be overcome by person. Social provocation is essential against social provocators who are tamas(antisocials who judge better) and satvam(reactionaries who question better). Because humans are not animals which get provoked by any provocation from other/s.

Human being is by becoming.
Human being if "head of head to head" is body.
And human being if "head of body to head" is head.
That means human becoming is "head of body".

Human body is naturally provoked by other human bodies in system.
BUT to be social(subjective-mind),every human body has to overcome provocation(adversity) from others in society.
If any human body is weak-minded who is unable to overcome provocation(adversity) from others in society,he will be treated as antisocial(immoral low class) who talks as grand.
As society is free and maturing,these antisocials(5 social vulnerable sections) will be part of egalitarian system.
