Late.N.T.Rama Rao was right man.But he was not in right party(circumstances) and right time. That is why he failed to prevail.

Society is neither exposing place nor selfish place.
So it is not enough to be right person to join politics
But also right circumstances(party) and right time are needed for anybody who wish to enter politics to solve social evils.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
