If mind is good-character being good with bad and bad with good at first by good quality which means right being wrong with wrong,then HEART WILL BE IN GOOD HEALTH(balance-mind).

Do all world people ignore that all court cases in any city/district court can be CLUBBED into two parts which are 1).personally-bad character and 2).personally-bad quality ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
