Human characteristic is being self-in-other(social)(knowledge)(Rajas) "by self-in-self(tamas)(antisocial)(self-ignorance)". Two-thirds world people are yet to be "humans"(self-earners).

Complexity in society can be witnessed in "present ANTISOCIAL(TAMAS) govts that are formed by antisocial majority votes and being run peacefully both at central govt of India and AP state govt".
      ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థలో మూల కారణముగా ఉన్న తామసము (అజ్ఞానము ) కు తామస ప్రజలు ఎన్నుకున్న తామస ప్రభుత్వముకు బాగా సఖ్యత కుదిరింది . ఇది నా మాట (ఆలోచన ).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
