To run assembly/parliament,huge amount of public money per minute need be spent by govt. So both ruling party and opposition members should maintain "good quality of debate(arguments) by better preparation on subject before participating in debate(argument)". INDIAN PARLIAMENT/STATE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLIES NEED ESTABLISH TRAINiNG SCHOOLS ON NATIVITY ('MIND-DISCIPLINE AND WORD-CONSISTENCY'), CONGRESS(legal authority against mindless sense and senseless mind)'and 'UNIVERSAL-LAW'(being self-in-self-and-other as well as other-in-other-and-self) so that assembly-time-wastage,subject-diversion-tactics and low-quality-personalised-debates can be eliminated by members. Isn't it? Assembly means naturally hot debates for arriving at better social sense between "adamant-minded-treasury-benches and flexible-minded-opposition-benches" but "not evasive/collusive nuisance to waste assembly sessions time". Legal pundits need ponder over prevailance of truth(power) ultimately "iN EVERYTHING THAT IS INEQUATING AND IN CONFLICT BETWEEN ANYTHING THAT IS LAW-IN-ITS-LAW AND ANYTHING THAT IS LAW ".

So information thus obtained in other/s must be complexed(adverse) with self(sensible mindful voice) by applying one's mind on his/her mind again towards goal of equality(peace),love(retaining self as self in other/s) and truth(which solves deception appearance as deception can not stand against adverse questions). That means any voter can question universal law. But no voter can rise above universal law. And people(individuals) will looks after their audit "by being in groups/laws/parties". Govt is party to all diverse parties.
