Audience are not supposed to differentiate between low-budget film and big-budget film if film is either good or bad. What matters most is morality for other/s which must need be self because any sane person can't believe in morality which is not self. Isn't it?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
