తప్పు(తానెవరో తనకు తెలియకుండా ఉండటము) అనేది తప్పు గా నిలువనప్పుడు తప్పుకు తప్పు యొక్క తప్పుగా ఉండటము నేరము ఎందుకు అవుతుంది ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
