There is small difference between justice between litigants and justice between society and its governance. That is why I order that public law courts need be professionalised as ambudsman,arbitrator,appellate authority and referees among groups. You can't make litigation against society as society works and changes as per its own laws that govern it between good and bad.

నిజం చెప్పొద్దూ ! నాకు న్యాయమూర్తులను చూస్తే నవ్వొస్తుంది .
ఎందుకంటే జ్ఞానము (దేనిలో అది మొదట ఎందుకు ఉండరాదో దానిలో అది తరువాత ఎందుకు ఉంది అనే స్పృహ ) అనేది సమాజములో అందరినీ వారి యొక్క జ్ఞానముకు వారి యొక్క జ్ఞానులుగా చేసే శక్తి ఉంది అని గ్రహించక కక్షిదారులకు మాత్రమే తమ తీర్పును /శిక్షను పరిమితము చేసుకోకుండా మొత్తము సమాజముకు తీర్పు /శిక్ష ఇద్దాము అని కూర్చున్నందుకు .
There can never be court for society.
But courts may function for social persons,their institutions and their governance.
