    As students read-hear their subject-texts vis-a-vis other class students,why don't andhrapradesh state and other indian states students work hard WITH MILITARY-PRECISION in their class TO RISE FIRST CLASS QUALITY QUESTIONS towards second class quality marks against every second other?

   I FEAR TO SEE FIRST CLASS MARKS ABOVE 66% WHICH ARE SOCIALLY-CRIMINAL(SOCIALLY-INSANE).

   ALMOST ALL CRIMINALS IN JAILS ARE FIRST-CLASS MARKS HOLDERS IN THEIR SCHOOLING.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
