ఆర్య సంస్కృతి అనగా శునక సంస్కృతి . 
ద్రవిడ సంస్కృతి అనగా సర్ప సంస్కృతి . 
మహాత్మా గాంధీ ప్రపంచములో అప్పటి వరకు లేని 'జ్ఞాన సంస్కృతి' అనగా మానవ సంస్కృతి ని విముక్తము చేసాడు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
