   All tv channels have compulsory duty to telecast secret camera recordings like these sexual harassments in separate tv program in their tv channels 'on daily basis'.    

    ABOVE TECHNIQUE WILL BE THE ONLY SOLUTION TO ARREST SEXUAL HARASSMENTS IN WORKPLACE.

   NO COURTS BUT ONLY PUBLIC TELECASTING CAN ACT AGAINST SEXUAL HARASSMENTS.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
