UN MUST CHANGE ITS CHARTER INTO COMPLEX-SUBJECTIVE-LAW(Anything of anything to anything is something) FROM ITS PRESENT OBJECTIVE-LAW(Anything of anything of anything is insane) URGENTLY TO MAKE UN AS REALLY-POWERFUL TO RESOLVE KASHMIR ISSUE,ISRAEL-HAMAS CONFLICT.....

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
