  Majority indians don't know how does the internet work.Indian govt need start public internet cafes in all 600 districts to popularise computer hardware knowledge.    HARDWARE IS EQUAL TO SOFTWARE.

  HOW CAN SOFTWARE WORK WITHOUT HARDWARE?

  LET'S GIVE PRIORITY TO COMPUTER HARDWARE IN AP STATE.
