Why writers and directors are ignorant about other writers and directors?

రచయిత తన మాటల ద్వారా పాటకులను మాత్రమే మార్పు చేయడము కాదు . మిగతా రచయితలను కూడా మార్చాలి . 
సినిమా దర్శకుడు తన సన్నివేశముల ద్వారా ప్రేక్షకులను మాత్రమే కాదు . మిగతా సినిమా దర్శకులను  కూడా మార్చాలి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
