    Solution to above problem is in conducting same mock-parliament with same number of adminstrative officers chosen and organised by parliament(LS & RS) secretariat on the same day & time outside parliament-house.

   WE MUST ACT ILL AGAINST ILL ACTION IN PARLIAMENT.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
