TO EARN NAME,SEE OTHER SIDE OF SELF. HAVE SOCIAL MIND BEING PERSONAL.

ఉన్నత పదవులలో ఉన్న వారు రూపాయి వంతు చేయాల్సి వుండగా 99 పైసలు వంతులు చేస్తే చేసినట్టు కాదు కదా .  
So keeping conscience for govt post while in duty doesn't earn name.
Only having intellectual mind in duty earns name.
