అన్ని సామాజిక సమస్యలకు మూల కారణము భారత ప్రభుత్వ ఆర్ధిక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ లోని రెవిన్యూ శాఖ అధిపతి అనైతిక ఆలోచనలో ఉంది.
భూమి రికార్డు లలో వ్యక్తి పేరు నమోదు,స్థలము వివరము నమోదుతో పాటు పరిస్థితి(status) నమోదు లేకపోవటము వలన సామాజిక అనైతికత ఉంది.
భూమి వాడకము పరిస్థితిని సమీక్ష చేయడానికి కొంత కాల పరిమితి(ఉదా.ప్రతి నెల/సంవత్సరము/దశాబ్ధము) విధింపు రెవిన్యూ శాఖ అధిపతి ఇకనైనా చేయాలి.లేనిచో సామాజిక నేరము ఉంటుంది.

Rootcause for all social ills is by immoral mind of head of revenue dept,ministry of finance,govt of india.
Lack of 'status' registration along with registration of person name and land details in land records is causing social immorality in dynamic world.
There must be some fixation of period(say every month/year/decade/century) in land records to review "status" of land use atleast now.Otherwise social unmindfulness exists.
