GOVT WORKS BY LAWFUL PROCEDURES OF LAWFUL AUTHORITIES. GOVT SHOULDN'T WORK BY UNLAWFUL IN EITHER PROCEDURES AND AUTHORITIES. SO AUTHORITY FAVOURITISM IS UNTENABLE.

   If any govt authority is giving unlawful order to his subordinates or public,anyone can write sms and email to that authority or his immediate higher authority asking to correct unlawful order immediately.
    If that authority doesn't respond so,then one can file criminal case against that authority after two weeks.
    AFTER ALL,GOVT IS NOT PROPERTY OF AUTHORITY BUT ALL IN LEGAL TERMS.
