ఏ పని అయినా ముందుగా కార్యక్రమ ప్రణాళిక లేకుండా హడావిడిగా చేయరాదు . పది సంవత్సరముల కాలము ప్రతి మనిషి వ్యక్తిగత జీవితములో మరియు సమాజములో ఎంతో విలువ కలిగినది .
     కనుక ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ సమాజము లో కాలము ప్రణాళిక లేకుండా వృధా చేయరాదు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
