  UPSC philosophy is better than swami vivekananda in the view that UPSC never entertains hypothesis and regression.Isn't it?

  UPSC is for healthy(balance minded) youth.

  Swami vivekananda is for ill(imbalance minded) youth.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
