   As concerned mumbai model asked govt.,govt.is also asking whether there is no provocation for rape on her part?
  Ok.As she asked hanging,let's hang rapists.
  After hanging is done,she may ask for pardon of rapists.Then govt gives life to dead rapists! That's it.
Simple!

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
