 భారత రాజ్యాంగము లో వింతైన విషయము ఏమంటే అపరిపక్వమేధ(immature intellect),పరిపక్వ మేధ(mature intellect),అంతర్గతము(implicit) మరియు బహిర్గతము(explicit) అనే నాలుగు ముఖ్యమైన మాటలు లేవు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
