     SECRECY MEANS IMPERIAL IGNORANCE WHICH CAN NOT BE SEEN AND TOUCHED.
     TRANSPARENCY MEANS SOCIAL INTELLECT WHICH CAN BE SEEN BUT CAN'T BE TOUCHED.
      Julian assange and snowden can be called as CATALYSTS OF SOCIAL(adminstrative) CHANGE in changing social-system.
