     So self-law(which is mercy at first instance and harsh at every next instance) must be replaced with social-being-self law(which is harsh at first instance and mercy at every next instance) throughout world and indian states.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
