Engineering is neither languages nor mathematics nor biology but in-between them.

 Engineering course is not science.Engineering course is for social change from deception(appearance) to truth(power) and from power(truth) to real-power.So engineering can be called socio-political science.
  But if medical science and psychology/law/party science have social-mind(voice),then crime and illness vanish.For that,one should feel good and speak with one's heart to other's mind.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
