B.R.AMBEDKAR ! INDIAN LOW CLASSES ARE NOT LEGAL EITHER AT FIRST(GOOD TIMES) OR AT NEXT(BAD TIMES) OR AT LAST(CHANGING TIMES). INDIAN HIGH CLASSES ARE APPEARING BAD BUT NOT BEING AND FEELING BAD.

As antisocials are socials to their self,they are good(moral) "LITIGANTS" at bad(next) times but not in changing(last) times.

కనుక పోలీస్ వ్యవస్థ పరోక్షముగా నేరములకు -రోగములకు మూల కారణము .
