Why elevation of public narration?

By eliminating background music in film screening,we indians can be true self-in-socials.

 BACKGROUND MUSIC IS IMPERIAL AND DECEPTION WHICH MUST BE AVOIDED.

 SO I URGE INDIAN PEOPLE TO MAKE ELIMINATION OF BACKGROUND MUSIC AS URGENT PUBLIC DEMAND.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
