IWill it be dictatorship if we fight insurgent and mediocre terrorists in any part of the world?

 One must think laterally by abstract mind.
If others think abstract,then one must be dictator at them.
No choice.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
