An elected leader does all three duties.

A leader is judge who can give satisfactory replies;military who can fight for character and leader who can give moral social system.

 So police system and justice system are unnecessary from now.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
