Word,speaking person and listening person all three must have relevance to society.So a bad word from a bad person to another bad person is good.

అవినీతికి వ్యతిరేకముగా పోరాడే వ్యక్తులు,సంస్థలు పై మాటను గుర్తుంచుకొవాలి.
