Indian(social) philosophy is leading by guiding.US(police) philosophy is ruling by instructing.India is both voice-sense.USA is just voice only.

Indian police autonomous functions to be proposed by union of india should not be compared with US federal govt.granting US police autonomy as indian society is quite reverse to US society.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
