Thought discipline is for change of govt.decisions being establishment voice.

A political party(mind-voice) may run its own newspaper & tv channel.
A newspaper/tv channel may run campaign for a particular political party(mind-voice). 
Among social four,party purpose is moral leadership at legal binding by name.
Among social four,newspaper/tv channel purpose is business solution from deception to truth.

 But I.N.C.is not party(voice) but party of parties(sense) by discipline in thinking.
So I.N.C.will always be matter of criticism towards change OF GOVT.DECISIONS for any newspaper/tv channel in india & abroad.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
