Politics without character and adminstration without quality are dangerous.
Politics and government ministers are dynamic.
Adminstration and legality are static.
Both are for betterment of people's quality of life.
But at present both needed reforms.
1.Govt.ministers are claiming innocence in past govt.decisions.
2.IAS & IPS are behaving as clerks without any note on files.
Both illnesses are because of immorality in social.
But four political forces can solve above both ills into true.
